As a Noe Valley homeowner and landlord, Eileen Bermingham is in tune with the many facets of property ownership, from tenant concerns to managing a major home remodeling project.
Eileen believes that the most important things you can offer clients are availability and reliability. She is committed to keeping clients apprised of their transactions every step of the way, and carefully listens to client needs so she can help them meet their objectives. Prior to entering the real estate field, Eileen used her detail-oriented and problem-solving skills as an editor in book, magazine, and Internet publishing. She has also worked on the sales and marketing side of publishing, assisting in launching a start-up New York theatre magazine and two high-tech Web sites. A native New Yorker, Eileen also holds a Master's degree from St. John's University.
Eileen is committed to community involvement. She is a member of the Upper Noe Neighbors and Friends of 30th Street Senior Center/Onlok. She regularly volunteers at Meals on Wheels and is also a member of Plan C, a nonpartisan group of concerned San Franciscans that advocates for quality of life in San Francisco. Her professional affiliations include the San Francisco, California, and National Associations of Realtors; Golden Gate Business Association; Women's Council of Realtors; and San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, Eileen enjoys hiking, working out, playing with her Cairn Terrier, Dolly, and wine.
